The purpose of this meeting is to provide answers to quick questions the mentee presents to the mentor as a resource for his or her development.

1 Hour Meeting

The purpose of this meeting is to answer any questions the mentee presents to the mentor in order to facilitate growth and development, as well as to assist in developing a realistic action plan.

4 Hour Meeting

These meetings are intended to provide ongoing, one-to-one support in the increment of eight 30-minute sessions as agreed upon. Mentees will be provided with the opportunity to benefit from the mentor's knowledge and experience as a resource for their own growth and development. This is not intended to replace official training practices.

Meet the instructor

Nurse D. Porchae ™

Nurse D. Porchae™ helps disseminate information to nurses in various fields via courses, eBooks, mentorship and workshops.  

As a nurse for more than 7 years, she has worked in various settings, including but not limited to case management, hospice, home health, and dialysis. She currently serves as a utilization review nurse for an insurance company. Porchae is also a former Training Center Faculty and Instructor with American Heart Association where she served for over 10 years.

Porchae maintains an active Nursing Continuing Education Provider license accredited by the Florida State Board of Nursing. She serves as a Nursing Continuing Education Provider and mentor. She is also the founder of Femida LLC, which was created to provide continuing nursing education to nurses throughout the U.S.

She resides in Atlanta, GA metro area with her husband and three children.
